Custom Dukan — Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Strict No-Return Policy: Since all products sold on Custom Dukan are customized, made-to-order, and personalized to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances once delivered.
- Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by emailing
info.customdukan@gmail.comor calling+91 7983766501. - Once Shipped: Once an order has entered production or has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Damaged / Defective Items: In the rare event of receiving a physically damaged or defective item, report it with photos/unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. If verified, a replacement or refund will be approved.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method/ website wallet within 7 working days.
